Empower Yourself with Life-Saving CPR Skills

HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is a short yet essential training course that provides the critical skills and confidence needed to perform CPR on a person who is unconscious and not breathing. Taught according to the latest Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines, this 2–3 hour session covers both the theory behind CPR and practical application through scenario-based learning. Whether you’re a professional in childcare, construction, hospitality, or simply want to be prepared in emergencies, this course ensures you understand the D-R-S-A-B-C-D action plan and how to respond in real-life critical situations. Regular refreshers are recommended every 12 months to stay compliant and confident. NOTE: CPR training must be updated (“refreshed”) every 12 months.
