What are the entry requirements for your courses?
While most courses do not have specific entry requirements, we assess your proficiency in areas like reading, writing, and communication to ensure you are ready to succeed. If you’re unsure, we offer an LLN (Language, Literacy, and Numeracy) test for assessment
How are the courses delivered?
We offer a flexible range of delivery options, including online, face-to-face, and correspondence. This ensures that you can choose a learning mode that best suits your lifestyle and schedule
Can I study while working full-time?
Absolutely! Our courses are designed to fit into your routine, with flexible schedules and study options to help you balance your work and learning commitments
What kind of support is available to students?
Each student is assigned a proactive Student Support Officer who will assist you throughout your learning journey. Additionally, our courses come with comprehensive study guides and access to trainers
How long do courses take to complete?
The duration of courses varies. For example, our Diploma of Leadership and Management takes approximately 18 months to complete, while skill sets like Customer Service can take as little as 8 weeks
Are there payment plans available for the courses?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to make it easier for students to finance their education. For example, our Diploma of Leadership and Management offers monthly payment plans to break down the cost into manageable instalments
What qualifications will I receive upon completion?
Upon successfully completing your course, you will receive a nationally recognised qualification or skill set. If you exit before completing all units, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units you have successfully completed
Do I need previous experience to enrol in a course?
While some courses may benefit from prior experience, it is not a strict requirement. Our courses are designed to cater to different experience levels, from beginners to those looking to enhance their skills
How will assessments be conducted?
Assessments include a combination of simulated work tasks, case studies, and guided questions. You may need to commit up to 3.5 hours per week for assessment tasks and an additional 4.5 hours for study and research
Can I enrol if English is not my first language?
Yes, we are a CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) specialist institution and offer support in multiple languages, including Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi, and more. We ensure you have the necessary support to succeed
